After living with chronic pain for almost 20 years, Lauren has learned not only how to live with her pain, but more importantly, how to live in gratitude, and is a self-proclaimed “gratitude junkie.” For the past 8 years, she has built a community of support and tools to provide others a “no complaining zone” for them to feel uplifted, through inspiration, daily intentions and practices to look for and dwell in the good of their lives, despite their diagnoses and pain.
