We are continuing to face so many challenges – raging variants of Covid, climate change – wildfires, hurricanes, earthquakes, civil unrest around the world…it’s not easy to be a human being in our current times; it’s likely been the hardest period we’ve endured during our recent lifetime. There is so much to stress and overwhelm us that it can be hard just to get through the day-to-day stuff. In this episode, I talk about the ways you can navigate these realities – and it all starts with having compassion for how hard it’s been. And as I always say, I think mindfulness is the answer to everything – the ability to accept what is here (if and especially when we don’t like what is here), how to not judge what we are feeling, as well as how to stay present.
